I am a Southern California and Chicago-based composer/lyricist/playwright (currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Theatre with a concentration in Musical Theatre Writing from Northwestern University). In 2018, I was the winner of the International Thespian Society's MusicalWorks competition for my musical How to Get a 5 on the AP Test (Without Really Trying). I serve as the Literary Manager for the Lovers & Madmen theatre board at Northwestern University and have served as a writer for The Waa-Mu Show since 2020. (I am currently a co-chair/producer for the 92nd Annual Waa-Mu Show: Romance En Route.) From April 2020 to March 2021, I co-hosted the Playwright Repertory Podcast with fellow playwright Sarah Lina Sparks, where we performed readings of works by high school and college-aged playwrights and talked about the craft.
